Trees & Rain Bourbon Wood — Single Malt Tasmanian Whisky

Trees & Rain Bourbon Wood is a bright, fruit-forward Tasmanian single malt matured in bourbon casks. The spirit was made from Pale Ale barley and Scottish Brewer's yeast, cut with water from Lake St Clair, and distilled in copper 1800 & 800‑litre Knapp Lewer pot stills.

Tasting notes

• Aroma: raisins, green apple, maraschino cherry & cappuccino
• Palate: musk stick, toffee, strawberry, raspberry, a hint of maple syrup, pikelets, cherry ripe (coconut & chocolate), cigar box & vanilla
• Finish: fresh-cut hay, almond, liquorice & grilled pineapple
