Shipping Policy

Trees & Rain whisky is bottled, packed and dispatched by hand from our licensed premises at 229 St Helens Point Rd, Stieglitz, Tasmania.

Where we ship

We ship within Australia only.

We are unable to deliver to the Northern Territory, and we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or unattended addresses. Because every parcel requires a signature from an adult, please give us an address where someone over 18 will be present.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. We send with Australia Post; delivery usually takes 2–8 business days depending on where you are, and can take longer to regional and remote areas or during peak periods.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Age verification on delivery

Alcohol is sold and delivered to adults only. All parcels are sent with signature on delivery and are not left unattended. The person accepting the parcel must be aged 18 or over and may be asked to show photo identification. If nobody of legal age is available, the parcel will be carded and held for collection at a post office, where ID will again be required.

If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered or accepted, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.

Local pickup

Local pickup can be arranged at markets we are attending, or by prior arrangement. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm a time and place. Photo ID is required at pickup.

Breakages and damage in transit

Every bottle is wrapped and padded by hand. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at phil@1838spirits.com.au with your order number and photographs of the packaging and the bottle. We will replace or refund the affected bottles — see our Refund Policy.
