This website is operated by 1838 Spirits Pty Ltd (ABN 13 645 733 482), trading as Trees & Rain, of 229 St Helens Point Rd, Stieglitz, Tasmania 7216. Liquor Licence No. 103-974.

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

You must be 18 or over

This site sells alcohol and is intended for adults only. By entering the site and placing an order you confirm that you are aged 18 years or over.

Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 it is an offence:

for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor;
for any person to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years.

We may refuse or cancel any order where we are not satisfied that the purchaser or the person accepting delivery is of legal drinking age. Identification is required on delivery and at pickup.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.

Payment is taken at the time of order. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we accept your order and dispatch it.

Availability

Our whisky is made in very small batches and individual casks sell out. If an item you have ordered is unavailable we will contact you and refund you in full, or offer an alternative.

Product information

We describe our whisky as accurately as we can. Tasting notes are a guide to what we find in the glass, not a guarantee. Alcohol content, colour and character vary between casks and bottlings. Awards and medals shown relate to the specific expression they were awarded to.

All content on this site — including the Trees & Rain name, artwork, sculpture images, photography and text — is the property of 1838 Spirits Pty Ltd or its licensors, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
